Well, I have to say as far as cliffhangers go, this was a doosey! But the one thing that is perplexing is the Doctor regenerating! Now before I go into anything else, I am going to say that this seems to be leading up to a reset. If what I understand to be true and Tennant is on for the special than I think 1 of a few things is going to happen. 1) The Doctor will regenerate into someone new but the reset will also reset him. (BTW I love Rose but she has to deal that this is a part of the Doctor and it is still him) 2)He just might control it enough that he can stay the same. (which I wouldn't like as much. It would feel like a cop out kinda. But if the hand has anything to do with it... OK I forgot the next one but I think at least those 2 might be enough. Maybe there is a time factor and Eccleston will come back or maybe even McGann. (OOh I lika that) and then Tennant returns or maybe they all do. It's a tough call.
I know how people are wondering what RTD will do and all I can say is so far so good but the proof will be in next weeks pudding. and the remaining Torchwood crew?
I can't even begin to speculate. I hope they don't buy it though.
I would love to see what they all can do together. But I have a funny feeling they will be back in the reset if it goes that way...

On LJ bruyere's hubby noticed this and came to the following conclusion... The woman who brings water to Donna says "There's something on your back", and you can hear the chittery noise the Tiembeetle made.
"His theory is that reality is still bending around Donna, the extended Team TARDIS is still in an alternate timeline, and Donna will have to sacrifice herself to make things right."
I hate to admit it but I think he's onto something BUT also consider this... In Turn Left Rose said the readings were always there since they day she (Donna) was born.
What if Donna had that thing since she was born? It met the Doctor and since it feeds off time The Doctor and Donna met again. and It altered yet again another reality (Turn Left) So when Donna finally did turn left, she awoke from a possible reality. Maybe Reality is bending around the Doctor's regeneration... Sort of waking from a nightmare into another a dream. I know it might seem out there but it's the only way I can explain it.

Something else to think about... Rose put Donna in Sutton court to cause her death. She knew Donna was gonna die. She put here there on purpose...

A few other things... I know that was my fear. At least there was a good reason for the Daleks coming back. I mean if they came from the time war (I mean all and not just Davros) that would've been wrong. considering the time lords died and all. BUT there is another thing to think about. The Doctor said the war was time locked. does that mean there is hope for the time lords to return? And on another note. Yo knew as soon as the Doctor and Rose were running someone was gong to get it. I thought it would have been Rose. So it being the Doctor was a new twist. And the last thing, (until I think of more) I DON'T WANT SARAH JANE TO DIE!!!! k I'm done.
